24 has been my favorite show since it started. The twists and turns always make for a very exciting hour. This season for the most part sucked. Bringing Jack's father in to the show was a great idea. Even better making a him an evil sociopath. The character of Wayne Palmer was great; however, when he started giving him adrenaline shots, that was just stupid. The Vice President also was a great character.What really ruined it was killing Jack's brother too early. How awesome would it be if Jack and his brother had a fight on the finale. Jack' brothers wife is a terrible actress.
But the dumbest thing was bring Audry back. She is the WORST actress I have ever seen. Her coming back insane and brain washed was too dumb for words.
Another annoying thing, how the Chinese managed to run around on our soil without getting busted. This is way too hard to believe.
The finalie's happy ending was pretty stupid. Jack's father dyeing (supposedly) was very stupid. He was the best character of the new season. And whatever happened to Wayne Palmer and the women who was sleeping with the spy.
Go back to the formula that made you awesome.

Lost was doomed from like the 2nd episode, it was already too confusing. 24 on the other hand, is still great, youve just gotta watch it. You cant watch 1 episode middle of the season and expect to know whats going on.
Oh please ... 24 hasn't always sucked. But this season was an entirely different matter. Too far fetched. Still think Josh (Jack's brother's son) is really Jack's. Maybe that will be woven into next year's plot.
lol ya its almost as bad as lost now.... lol
I've only ever seen one or two episodes and I found it quite hard to follow - I didn't really know who was bad and who was good.
